1.1 This document (“Terms & Conditions”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Referrer” or “Referee”) and Quick Service Trust (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 By using our loan referral services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

2.1 Quick Service Trust operates as a loan referral service provider, connecting individuals who seek loans (“Referees”) with third-party lending partners (“Lenders”).
2.2 We do not provide loans, make credit decisions, or issue financing ourselves. We facilitate referrals only.
2.3 We do not guarantee that any referred Lender will offer loan products, nor that the terms offered are the most favorable in the market.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or making referrals.

4. Referral Process & Commission

4.1 Referrers may receive a commission or fee if a referred Referee successfully obtains a loan through our Lender partner, as per the agreed structure.
4.2 Commission terms, payment schedules, and payout thresholds are detailed in an accompanying Referral Agreement.
4.3 Payment will generally be made within [e.g., 30–45 days] of loan closure by the Lender.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

5.1 We and our users must treat all personal data of Referees and Referrers as confidential.
5.2 Personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Representation & Warranty

6.1 You represent that you will not misrepresent our services or mislead potential Referees.
6.2 You will indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach, misrepresentation, or misuse of the service.

7. Prohibited Behavior

7.1 Referrers shall not:
• Refer themselves using fake accounts;
• Use bots or automation to generate referrals;
• Engage in deceptive or fraudulent behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

8.1 Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.
8.2 We shall not be liable for:
• Loss of profits or opportunities;
• Inaccurate or incomplete information from Lenders;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

9.1 Either party may terminate the referral arrangement at any time with [e.g., 30 days’] written notice.
9.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

10. Amendments

12.2 If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be modified to the extent necessary, without affecting the rest.
12.3 No rights hereunder are assignable by Referrers without our prior written consent; we may assign freely.
